Your Rights, In Short
You have the right to a union representative present during any investigatory interview that could lead to discipline. The rep can be there to advise you, help you understand questions, and make sure you're treated fairly. You have this right whether or not you've done anything wrong — it exists to protect the process, not to imply guilt.
